CoolAutomation 2026 Driver Suite 1.0.4

Quick start:
1. Copy each .usp/.ush module pair into your SIMPL User Modules or database folder.
2. Add one CoolAutomation 2026 Manager per CoolAutomation gateway.
3. For TCP/IP, add a Crestron TCP/IP Client pointed to port 10102 and wire TX$/RX$.
4. Add one Zone per HVAC UID, one Sensor per SMT-IO point UID, and one HOA Zone per SMT-HOA zone UID.
5. Use CoolPlug Helper only for CoolPlug commissioning.

Device note:
- CoolMaster Edge requires one-time setup before TCP works: set aserver enable 1
