How to clear and reset active Clean Filter alerts

  • Step 1: Click on an active and Open "Clean filter" alert

  • Step 2: Click on the "Reset Filter Alert" button

  • Step 3: Select one of the 3 options from the pop-up window:

          • Option #1:  Resets all active and open FILTER ALERTS across the indoor units in the selected VRF system.
          • Option #2: Resets only the active FILTER ALERT for the selected VRF indoor unit.
          • Option #3: Resets all active and open FILTER ALERTS across all indoor units in the entire site.
