CoolMaster Firmware Download Files

NOTE!  

•⁠  ⁠Before starting any troubleshooting steps, it is recommended to update the firmware version and make sure the issue is not resolved by the update

•⁠  ⁠Minimimum Firmware version to update online is 0.3.2 with boot loader 0.1.6 and above

•⁠  ⁠If the bootloader is v1.6 and above, there is no need to update the bootloader

If it has a bootloader version v1.6 and below use this article to update or contact customer support.  

How to check boot version: 
in the toolbox setuputility check  

boot v

USB Installation Firmware Image File: 

Download Firmware image

• Use this Image file if connecting your PC directly to the CoolMaster device via a USB connection.

Network Installation Firmware Image File:

Download Firmware image

• Use this Image file if connecting your PC to the CoolMaster device over the local area network (LAN) via TCP/IP.
