Description:
On LG Multi V5, all of the ODUs are connected and configured, and IDUs are detected both on the CoolAutomation device and in the CoolAutomation Apps.
Some or all of the IDUs are not accepting commands from the application or directly from the CoolAutomation touchscreen.
The IDUs mode, fan, and setpoint can be changed by the Wireless RC, and CoolAutomation's application/device displays the applied change correctly.
Possible cause:
The SW3 DIP switch on the IDU's PCS is set to "ON", i.e. defined as a Salve.
Resolution:
Change the SW3 DIP switch position to "OFF" to configure the IDU as a Master.
