Note
KNX via ETS is provided with CoolMaster product family.
Hardware connection
- CoolMaster KNX is connected directly to the KNX network. It uses ETS5 or higher for the configuration of all objects.
- The CoolMaster device is powered by a standard power adapter. The KNX bus should be powered separately from the KNX bus power supply.

Line terminal configuration
Although KNX is connected via the KNX module, it needs to be defined virtually on the suitable line.
That can be done through the device screen. Or via the terminal, as below:
Prerequisites
- First, download the CoolAutomation ToolBox (if you haven't yet).
- Then, connect to your device using the USB/IP Network connection.
- Click 'Connect' and there you will find a terminal screen.
